These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases and use of products and services offered through our online shop. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope
These Terms apply to all orders placed through our online shop, regardless of whether the customer is located in the EU, US, Canada, or any other country.

2. Orders & Availability
All items are handcrafted, and availability may vary depending on demand.
Delivery can take up to 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
If delays beyond this timeframe occur, you will be informed promptly.

3. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable (EU).
For orders outside the EU, import duties, customs charges, and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment methods are displayed during checkout.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
According to EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at billing(at)agfacolor.com within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original order.

Note: This right of withdrawal does not apply to customers outside the EU, unless local consumer protection law grants a similar right.

5. Returns & Exchanges (Non-EU Customers)
For customers outside the EU, returns are accepted on a voluntary basis within 14 days if items are unused and in original condition.
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

6. Warranty & Guarantee
All products come with a 24-month warranty in accordance with EU law.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship not caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care.
Normal wear and tear, or slight changes in color and texture of wooden products (a natural process), are not considered defects.

7. Product Characteristics
Our products are handcrafted from natural materials.
Slight variations in color, grain, or texture may occur over time. These are considered part of the natural aging process of wood and do not constitute a defect or reason for complaint.

8. Liability
We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification of our products.
Our liability for other damages is limited to intent and gross negligence, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
For international orders, customers are responsible for compliance with import regulations in their country.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For EU customers: The mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
Place of jurisdiction for disputes is Germany.

11. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order shall apply.
