When will my order be delivered and what does it cost?
Shipping is free of charge. You can find the estimated delivery time directly on the product page. Please note that shipping times may vary for countries outside Germany.
How can I pay?
Currently, payment is only possible via PayPal and credit card.
How long does delivery take?
We strive to deliver promptly within 3–5 business days. Since our products meet the highest standards and handcrafting is part of the production process, unique pieces may take up to four weeks to be delivered depending on demand. In such cases, you will be notified immediately or can contact us at service@agfacolor.com.
Can colors differ?
No. Our products have been professionally photographed, and the images accurately represent the colors. Differences can only occur due to differently calibrated screens on which you view our products.
Are discounts possible?
Yes. Discounts are available for orders of two or more pairs of glasses. Please contact our customer support at service@agfacolor.com.

Order status – Problems with the order
How do I find my order number?
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email with your order number. You can find your order number at the top left of this email.

Agfacolor offers free standard shipping on all orders.
Can I change the delivery address for my order?
Of course, last-minute changes are still possible if there are urgent reasons. Please contact our customer service at service@agfacolor.com.
I requested a cancellation, but my order was shipped.
If your order could not be canceled and has been shipped, please refuse to accept the delivery. You will receive a refund once your order has arrived at our warehouse.
What happens if the delivery attempt fails?
The package will be returned to the warehouse, and a refund will be issued.
Cancellation & Returns
I want to cancel my order
You can cancel your order through our customer service at service@agfacolor.com. Agfacolor cannot guarantee a cancellation once the order has been placed, as it may already be in the pre-shipment phase or shipped. However, you can refuse acceptance of the package. Once it has returned to our warehouse, a refund will be issued. After submitting a cancellation request, you will be notified by email whether the order was successfully canceled or already shipped.
My package is damaged – DHL package
By signing, you confirm that the package was in perfect condition. If you notice damage immediately, we recommend refusing the package and contacting our customer service to request a refund or replacement.
Can I change the delivery address for my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change your delivery address once you have submitted your order. As soon as your order is received, your details are immediately forwarded to the warehouse and can no longer be retrieved or modified by our system.
If your delivery could not be successfully completed, it will be returned to the warehouse and you will receive a full refund.

Return and Exchange Policy
You can initiate a return or exchange by contacting our customer service within 14 days of delivery, stating the reason for return and your order number. Agfacolor does not cover return shipping costs. We recommend insured return shipping, as responsibility for the integrity of our products during return shipment lies with our customers.
